Peggy Goodbody holds a B.A. from Tufts University in Child Study and English Literature.  She received her Juris Doctorate in 1991 from University of Colorado, School of Law.  She opened her own private practice in 1992 and practices exclusively in the area of family law. She worked as a Child and Family Investigator in the Boulder Court for 20 years.  The bulk of her work has been helping to protect the best interests of children in divorce and APR actions. Her practice encompasses all areas of family law including: divorce, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities (APR), mediation, arbitration, parenting coordinator, decision maker, and guardian ad-litem.
